Planning Manager | Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 25,000–30,000 per monthExperience: 15+ yearsOur client is a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy with a strong presence across the GCC and an established portfolio of major developments across the region.They are looking to appoint an experienced Planning Manager to join their Dubai team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, budgets and programmes, and supporting the successful delivery of complex projects.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on large-scale towers, high-rise buildings and hotel/hospitality projects, ideally within a major consultancy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project programmes, schedules and budgets.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying delays and potential risks.Assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims using appropriate delay analysis.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets.Review project specifications and technical drawings and support cost and material estimates.Prepare planning studies and regular progress reports.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.Support the effective use of planning and scheduling software.Delegate tasks and provide guidance and feedback to team members.Requirements15+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Proven experience on towers, high-rise buildings and hotel/hospitality projects.Strong background in project planning, scheduling and project management.Experience with delay analysis and EOT claims.Good understanding of contracts, budgets and project controls.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Strong MS Office and planning/scheduling software skills.Previous experience with a large consultancy in the GCC is highly advantageous.If you are an experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in high-rise, tower and hospitality developments, we would be interested in hearing from you.Contact: kasia@locri.co.uk
