Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with strong UAE Real Estate Developer experience to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle, including Pre-Development, Development, Construction, Handover & Close-Out. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS ProjectProject Controls, Progress Monitoring & Executive ReportingPre-Development Planning, Feasibility & Development ProgramsAuthority Approvals ManagementRERA Registration, Escrow & Regulatory Compliance TrackingCash Flow Forecasting & Commercial PlanningCoordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction TeamsSales & Marketing Launch Readiness PlanningClient / Investor Progress Updates & ReportingPower BI Dashboards, AI Tools & Digital Reporting InitiativesEOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering6–10 years’ experience in Planning & Project ControlsExperience working with a UAE Real Estate DeveloperExperience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise DevelopmentsStrong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced ExcelUnderstanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development ProcessesPMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred
