You will work closely with [team] to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:PlanningDevelops PDEs’ operational plan and targets aligned to AP and ARI’s corporate planning framework, business plan and initiatives in coordination with the different departmentsFacilitates and monitors the implementation of strategic/ operational initiatives Updates, monitors, reviews and reports PDE objectives and targets, operational plans and performanceIdentifies improvement opportunities from performance exceptionsPrepares project steercomm meeting and ARI board and ExComm meeting materials in coordination with the project leads and different departmentsProject ReadinessImplements the project FID and NTP readiness review with Project Development and other departments ensuring all pre-execution requirements are ready prior acceptance of Project ExecutionConducts project documentation review in preparation for Green Energy Auction (GEA) and those of similar natureCollaborate with all stakeholders to address any issueDevelops and implements strategies to improve the project readiness processMaintain accurate documentation and records of project readiness activitiesReport on project readiness status to the management and relevant stakeholderProject Risk ManagementImplements the project risk management process from risk identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, monitoring and reviewLeads the development of PDE Project/Operational Risk Management Plan and aligned to AP and ARI’s directivesReports key project risks regularlyReports the status of risk management programImplements risk management capability building programsImplements Incident Management/ Business Continuity Management processesTo Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:Strategic and Operational Planning Performance ManagementRisk ManagementRisk Finance ManagementBusiness Process Management and ImprovementDue Diligence/ Auditing SkillsWhat You Will Need:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any 4-year related courseMaster’s degree an advantage At least 5 years combined work experience in strategic/ operational planning, performance management, business process management, risk management and due diligence/ assessment/ auditAt least 2 years experience in leading and managing a teamProfessional individual certification on balanced scorecard, performance management, risk management, business process management and/or auditing preferred but not required Our Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your FutureAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
