About the roleLead the end-to-end transformation of Supply Chain Planning — demand, supply/capacity, inventory, replenishment/deployment, production planning and S&OP/IBP — across all business units. Own the future-state planning operating model, including ERP planning and Advanced Planning Systems (APS), driving responsive, scenario-driven, financially aligned decision-making.What you'll doDefine planning strategy, operating model and governanceLead S&OP/IBP design and maturity (demand, supply, pre-S&OP, executive IBP)Own ERP planning + APS implementation end-to-endDrive demand forecasting, supply/capacity planning and multi-echelon inventory optimizationOwn planning data, analytics, KPI/control-tower capabilityLead change adoption, capability building and program/vendor governanceWhat you'll needBachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business or related (Master's/MBA a plus)12–15+ years in supply chain planning, with major transformation leadershipProven end-to-end ERP and/or APS implementation experience (design → value realization)Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder or Oracle SCPAPICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF or Lean Six Sigma/PMP a plusIf you meet the above criteria and are ready to lead enterprise-wide Supply Chain Planning transformation across our business, we'd love to hear from you.
