Location: Coahuila de Zaragoza, MexicoReporting to the Regional Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a large and complex automotive manufacturing operation employing more than 1,500 people across multiple manufacturing areas.This is a strategically important site for our client.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable production of world-class products, while driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement.The incoming leader will inherit an experienced organisation and an established operation, but one where there is a clear opportunity to raise performance and consistency. We are therefore particularly interested in candidates who have successfully improved mature manufacturing operations through stronger operational discipline, leadership and execution.Experience of driving improvement across supply chain and inventory management, production planning and scheduling, quality, lean manufacturing, shop-floor efficiency and cost control will be particularly relevant.The role offers the opportunity to influence operational strategy, workforce development, customer satisfaction and financial performance within a significant global manufacturing organisation.The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Plant Manager or Plant Director with extensive experience in large and complex automotive manufacturing environments.
