Full accountability for output, yield, quality, safety, cost and people.- Lead the product roadmap: ultra-light gauge, battery foil, pharma foil, aseptic packaging- Plan, execute and commercialise each new product trial- Run the plant on a monthly plan with honest reporting against it- Root-cause complaints and defects; close CAPAs- Control conversion cost through process parameters and consumables- Enforce safety systemsQUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years in aluminium rolling, with 5+ years as Plant Head or Unit Head at a foil or thin-gauge plant- Hands-on knowledge of cold rolling, foil finishing and annealing, including recovery and break management at thin gauge- Has taken a plant from commissioning to stable capacity- Has introduced at least one new product grade commercially- Engineering degree, metallurgical or mechanical preferred- Based at Khordha, OdishaFITSuited to a leader who has run a plant inside a large group and wants full authority to build one.
