Plant Head - Multiple positions across Pakistan

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Plant Heads to join our leadership team across multiple manufacturing locations in Pakistan.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong experience in plant operations, manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a complex, technology-driven manufacturing facility and deliver excellence across safety, quality, productivity, yield, cost, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, yield, and efficiency targets are achieved.Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost competitiveness.Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Utilities, Powerhouse, Product Development and related functions.Own plant performance, operational KPIs, capacity utilization, reliability, and overall manufacturing effectiveness.Drive initiatives focused on productivity improvement, waste reduction, energy efficiency, quality enhancement, and cost optimization.Oversee plant budgeting, resource planning, capital expenditure, and cost control.Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.Partner with senior leadership on capacity expansion, strategic planning, technology enhancement, and business growth initiatives.Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline, including department heads, managers, and team leaders.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, discipline, continuous improvement, and high performance.What We’re Looking For15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with significant experience in a senior leadership capacity.B.E./B.Sc. Engineering – Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or equivalentProven experience of managing large-scale, technology-driven manufacturing operations, preferably in continuous process industry, and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of process manufacturing, production systems, maintenance, quality, utilities, and operational excellence.Experience in high-speed continuous manufacturing / polymer, petrochemical, packaging, or other process industries will be an advantage.Demonstrated track record of improving productivity, yield, quality, reliability, and cost performance.Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.Locations - Multiple cities across PakistanPosition - Plant Head / Plant Operations Leadership
