Plant Maintenance Supervisor

About the RoleWellversed is looking for a Machinery Maintenance professional with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production. The role involves team supervision, preventive and breakdown maintenance, RCA, machinery reliability, spare planning, and maintenance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and allocate work to the Machinery Technician/maintenance team.Plan, schedule and monitor preventive maintenance activities.Supervise breakdown maintenance and ensure timely machine restoration.Lead RCA for major and recurring machinery breakdowns.Identify corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures.Monitor machinery downtime and drive improvements in equipment reliability.Train and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance practices.Oversee critical spare-parts planning and availability.Coordinate with Production and other departments for planned maintenance.Support machinery installation, commissioning, modification and improvement projects.Ensure proper maintenance documentation, SOP adherence and safety compliance.Preferred Exposure:Manufacturing/production machinery, particularly Ribbon Blender, Vibro Shifter, Auger Filler, Screw Conveyor, Induction Sealer, Shrink Tunnel and PLC-based equipment.About WellversedWellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
