Plant Manager - Cable Plant (greenfield)

As part of our growth, we are establishing a new greenfield cable plant in Starachowice and are currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead this strategic project from setup through stabilization.What you’ll doDrive the start-up and ramp-up of a new greenfield cable manufacturing plant in Starachowice.Lead plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, engineering.Build and develop a high-performing local organization.Oversee greenfield project execution.Ensure execution of production plans and delivery performance in line with customer requirements.Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance targets.Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local functions and customers to meet business goals.Ensure compliance, safe, efficient, and high-quality operations aligned with Motherson standards.What we offerUnique opportunity to lead and shape a new cable plant from the ground up.Genuine influence on plant strategy, organization design, and operational standards, with direct visibility to regional and global leadership.Opportunity to join a financially strong, globally recognized industrial group that continues to invest in people, technology, and sustainable growth.A dynamic, multicultural work environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.A supportive team culture built on trust, collaboration, and accountability.Competitive salary and benefits package.Your Profile:Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a comparable field.5+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial role in automotive, preferable cable plant.Strong background in cable manufacturing.Experience in greenfield/start-up projects is a plus.Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and plant authorizations.Strong financial and business acumen.Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.Leadership style: results-driven, hands-on, data-driven, execution-focused and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.Fluent in English and Polish.
