Plant Manager – Plastic Injection MoldingWe are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in plastic injection molding to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and drive plant performance. This role holds full P&L responsibility and is accountable for operational efficiency, team leadership, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logisticsOwn P&L performance: budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlDrive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesOptimize injection molding processes (cycle times, scrap reduction, uptime)Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals are metDevelop and lead high-performing teams across departmentsTrack and improve KPIs such as OEE, downtime, and labor efficiencyPartner with engineering on tooling and process improvementsQualifications:10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plastic injection moldingProven P&L management experienceStrong background in Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + bonusFull benefits package401(k) with match
