Production / Plant Manager – Structural Steel📍 Pennsylvania | Fully Site-Based💰 $140,000–$170,000 + Benefits📦 Relocation Support AvailableAn established structural steel fabrication business is looking for an experienced Production / Plant Manager to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations at one of its Pennsylvania facilities.This is a senior, hands-on leadership position with responsibility across production, quality, safety, workforce performance and operational efficiency.The RoleLead day-to-day structural steel fabrication operationsManage and develop supervisors and production teamsDrive production schedules, throughput and labour efficiencyMaintain high standards across quality and safetyPlan labour, equipment and material requirementsIdentify and eliminate production bottlenecksReduce rework and improve overall shop performanceEstablish and monitor operational KPIsWork closely with engineering, project management and procurementDevelop frontline leaders and strengthen accountability across the facilityWhat We're Looking ForStrong background within structural steel or heavy fabricationPrevious experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Fabrication ManagerSignificant experience leading shop-floor teams and supervisorsStrong understanding of fabrication processes, production planning and workflowProven focus on safety, quality and operational performanceExperience improving productivity, efficiency and throughputApply now or send your resume to jwest@novaxrecruitment.com
