Plant Manager

Core Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operationsPreferred Requirements:Previous Plant Manager or senior manufacturing management experienceExperience managing budgets, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and facility resourcesThe successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the performance and continued development of the manufacturing facility. This leader will bring together production, quality, materials, engineering, maintenance, and supporting functions to create a well-coordinated operation capable of consistently meeting business and customer commitments.

Responsibilities
