Plant Manager

Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineeringPreferred Requirements:Prior management experience within a manufacturing settingStrong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementThe successful Plant Manager will develop plant production and financial controls, security, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. They will also work cross-functionally, ensuring that all operations and related strategies are consistent. Oversee large-scale projects and ensure that they are being completed on budget and on time, all while meeting specified production requirements and quality standards.
