Apply & track with Apply EdgePrincipal AccountabilitiesJob PurposeResponsible for Operations in the Plant organization and ensure smooth operations across the entire supplychain.Principal AccountabilitiesEnsures smooth end to end operations of the company to provide timely and quality products to the sales organization & other customers.Leads and drives the implementation of the Oracle manufacturing system.Ensures a system for optimal liaison and support to third party / toll manufacturing customers of the company.Sets up and operates vendor / service provider selection, evaluation and development programs.Sets up logistics and up-country stock points inventory control and monitoring program.Ensures safe running of the Plant, including people & equipment, by adhering to Group & Local regulations, aswell as coordinating with HSE authorities. Overall responsibility of Loss Control with respect to the Plant.Demonstrates visibly, Management commitment through active participation in developing HSE Managementsystem and provides necessary resources.Ensures timely availability of products, with acceptable & agreed quality & service levels by efficient planning ofproduction processes meeting the sales orders and inventory levels.Ensures optimization of resources, production & delivery processes on a continuous basis.Formulates and Updates the strategic plan for the overall Plant development to reach the Plant objectives asdecided by the Management, in coordination with the Sales, Technical as well as Logistics functions of TFEMEFZE.Proposes, agrees & executes CAPEX budgets / contracts within the specified time frame.Identifies, coordinates and carries out the training activity related to the staff with the objective of leading &motivating.Additional Principal AccountabilitiesCyber Information Security ResponsibilitiesComply with all applicable information security policies, standards, and procedures.Classify and protect information assets in accordance with the Data Classification Standard.Participate in mandatory information security awareness and training programs.Support information security initiatives and activities within the organization.Consider information security requirements when managing changes involving information assets.Report security incidents, vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or non-compliance in accordance with establishedprocedures.Fulfil role-specific information security responsibilities and contribute to maintaining the effectiveness of theInformation Security Management System (ISMS).ExperienceA university graduate in Chemical Engineering .10 – 15 years experience in Lubricant or similar industry of which at least 7 -10 years experience in Production /Logistics / Quality systems and controls. Exposure to QHSE quality systems preferred.Strong man management skills with acumen for training, development nd human motivation
