Location: Feyette County, IL (Onsite)Relocation assistance availablePosition OverviewA growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at a Illinois facility.

This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence while ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.The Plant Manager will oversee daily production, lead cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage day-to-day plant operations and production teamsOversee a team of 8–10 direct reports across production, quality, engineering, scheduling, and purchasingMaintain full P&L ownership and accountabilityEnsure alignment of production schedules with labor and equipment capacityMonitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and costDrive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficienciesPartner cross-functionally to maintain production flow and meet customer demandEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all shiftsConduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability and engagementIdentify root causes of production issues and implement sustainable solutionsMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facilityQualifications10+ years of manufacturing management experience5+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibilityProven experience leading multi-shift operationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsERP system experience required (IQMS or similar preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: up to $180,000Bonus: 20% performance-basedMedical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage401(k) with company matchPTO + Paid Holidays11 paid holidaysThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Plant Manager who is driven to make meaningful operational improvements and take full ownership of plant performance.
