Plant Manager - Witham

Soufflet Bairds Malt is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its Witham operation, a key site within a business that combines longstanding industry expertise with the scale and ambition of the world's largest maltster.Following significant investment across its UK manufacturing network and as part of the wider Soufflet Malt Group, Bairds continues to grow its capabilities while remaining committed to quality, sustainability and strong supply chain partnerships.Reporting to the Operations Manager - England, the Plant Manager will have full responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the Witham site.
