Plastic Factory Production Supervisor / Plastic Injection Machine Operator

Position OverviewWe are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Plastic Factory Production Supervisor / Plastic Injection Machine Operator to supervise daily production operations and operate plastic injection molding machines. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of plastic production processes, machine operation, quality control, and workplace safety.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily plastic factory production and coordinate production workers.Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.Monitor production output, machine performance, product quality, and production schedules.Check molded products for defects such as cracks, short shots, flash, warping, and color issues.Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report mechanical or electrical problems.Assist with mold changing, machine cleaning, material loading, and production setup.Ensure correct use of raw materials and minimize production waste.Maintain production, quality, machine, and material records.Train and guide production workers on machine operation and safety procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.Ensure all production activities comply with company quality and safety standards.Requirements & QualificationsPrevious experience in plastic injection molding, factory production, machine operation, or a similar role.Basic knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, plastic materials, and production processes.Ability to monitor and adjust basic machine settings.Good understanding of product quality inspection and defect identification.Basic troubleshooting and practical technical skills.Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.Reliable, responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.Relevant technical or manufacturing experience would be an advantage.Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
