Our surgeons perform a broad spectrum of reconstructive and cosmetic work facial, breast, body, and hand surgery supported by dedicated clinical and administrative teams, an in-house marketing and PR engine, and a reputation that keeps our schedules full. We're now looking for a surgeon to join our Atlanta, Georgia office and grow with us.The OpportunityThis role is designed for a surgeon who wants volume, autonomy, and support in equal measure:•     Busy from day one, step into an active patient pipeline backed by a full complement of office and clinical staff, not a practice you have to build from scratch.•     Broad scope, your way, join a practice already performing facial, breast, body, and hand surgery, with genuine openness to expanding further around your specific interests and training.•     Balance of independence and collaboration, run your own practice within Rowe Plastic Surgery, with the option of co-surgeon cases and a built-in peer network of experienced colleagues.•     Marketing and PR support, benefit from strong web presence and public relations infrastructure that drives visibility and patient volume, so you can focus on surgery, not self-promotion.What You'll Bring•     Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (BC required) /Active GA medical license. •     A patient-first approach and strong clinical judgment across reconstructive and/or cosmetic procedures.•     Micro and hand fellowship training is a plus, but not required — we're happy to shape the role around your strengths.•     Interest in being part of a collaborative, multi-surgeon practice.
