The Plastic Surgeon will provide comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgical care, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performance of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patients, discussing treatment options and expected outcomes, performing surgical and minimally invasive procedures, and ensuring high standards of safety and infection control. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams, maintaining accurate medical records, participating in case reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and patient experience. The Plastic Surgeon is expected to stay current with advances in plastic surgery techniques and adhere to all local regulatory and ethical guidelines.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery, with experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.Strong foundation in Medicine and Surgery, with the ability to manage preoperative and postoperative patient care safely and effectively.Proficiency in Microsurgery or advanced reconstructive techniques is highly desirable.Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and recognized specialization in Plastic Surgery; board certification or equivalent credentials preferred.Eligibility for licensure as a Plastic Surgeon in the United Arab Emirates and compliance with regional regulatory requirements.Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and informed consent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and provide patient-centered care.Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting in the GCC region is an advantage; fluency in English required, additional languages beneficial.
