Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon — New York CityEstimated Annual Earnings: $350,000–$750,000+We are seeking an established Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon currently practicing in New York City to partner with our growing cosmetic surgery platform.The ideal candidate is already established in practice with the necessary clinical and surgical infrastructure in place, but has significant available capacity for additional consultations and surgical cases.Our primary focus is facial rejuvenation, particularly facelift, neck lift and blepharoplasty, with opportunities to develop additional volume across breast and body procedures.This opportunity is available for an immediate start, with the surgeon prepared to begin seeing patients generated through our platform within approximately 3–6 weeks.Required QualificationsCandidates must currently have:Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)Active and unrestricted New York medical licenseActive hospital privileges appropriate to the procedures performedActive credentials and privileges at an appropriate accredited surgical facilityAn established location in the New York City market for patient consultations and clinical follow-upAccess to an appropriate surgical facility for operating daysAn established cosmetic surgery practiceSignificant current capacity to accommodate additional consultations and surgical volumeDemonstrated cosmetic plastic surgery experience and surgical resultsStrong patient consultation and communication skillsHigh standards for patient safety, outcomes and postoperative careCurrent privileges and operating infrastructure are essential. We are seeking a surgeon who can begin working with our team immediately and accommodate new patient consultations within approximately 3–6 weeks, without requiring a lengthy credentialing or practice-development period.Surgical FocusWe are particularly interested in surgeons with significant experience in:Facelift and neck liftBlepharoplastyFacial rejuvenation proceduresAdditional experience in breast surgery, abdominoplasty, liposuction, body contouring and other aesthetic procedures is highly desirable.Flexible, Non-Exclusive StructureThis opportunity is designed to work alongside the surgeon’s existing practice.Surgeons may continue seeing their own patients and may maintain existing relationships with other practices, hospitals or organizations while also treating patients generated through our platform.The ideal candidate has already built the clinical foundation of a practice but has unused capacity that could support meaningful additional patient and surgical volume.Compensation & GrowthEstimated annual earnings: $350,000–$750,000+Compensation is production-based, with actual earnings dependent upon availability, surgical volume, procedure mix and individual production.The opportunity is designed to create significant incremental income by utilizing existing clinical and surgical capacity rather than requiring the surgeon to abandon or replace their current practice.Comprehensive MSO SupportOur Management Services Organization provides the non-clinical infrastructure necessary to generate, manage and support additional patient flow.Support includes:Patient acquisition and marketingLead management and patient-flow systemsConsultation scheduling and patient coordinationPractice management and administrative supportBrand development and positioningSocial media and content productionBusiness development and strategic partnershipsGrowth strategy and performance managementIncreased professional networking and collaboration through our extended international hospital and healthcare networkOur objective is to bring additional patient volume and growth infrastructure to an excellent surgeon who already has the practice, privileges and capacity to accommodate it.Location: New York City, NYSpecialty: Cosmetic Plastic SurgeryStart: ImmediatePatient Availability: Within 3–6 weeksQualified surgeons are invited to apply with a CV and information regarding their ABPS certification, current New York practice, active hospital and surgical privileges, areas of surgical focus and current capacity for additional consultations and operating days.
