We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core.RoleAs a Platform & Data Engineering Director, you will lead the design, build, and evolution of Visium's client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You are the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex data & platform programs, the person who ensures that what we build is not only technically excellent but also adoptable, scalable, and genuinely transformative.You will directly manage forward-deployed platform engineering teams, drive data & platform strategy across engagements, and act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders. You bring hands-on depth in the modern data and AI platform stack, from infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD to cloud architecture and building data products, combined with the leadership presence and commercial instinct to grow accounts and inspire teams.As a Platform & Data Engineering Director, you will work onArchitect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs, spanning cloud infrastructure design, automation, CI/CD pipelines, data product design and data engineering, from initial scoping through to production deployment.
