🚀 We’re Hiring: Platform / Container Engineer (L2, DevOps)📍 Location: UAE – Onsite💼 Employment Type: Full-time📊 Level: L2👤 Experience: 4+ years in Kubernetes / Container Platform / DevOpsWe are looking for an experienced Platform / Container Engineer (L2, DevOps) to operate and govern Kubernetes and containerized platforms within an SLA-driven managed-services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and govern Kubernetes clusters (AKS / on-prem) including cluster lifecycle, node management, scaling, and resource quotas.Manage containers and registries using Docker / containerd, including image governance, tagging standards, and vulnerability scanning.Build and maintain delivery pipelines using Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.Implement and manage observability using Prometheus and Grafana, including alerts, dashboards, and SLIs/SLOs.Configure and troubleshoot cluster networking and storage, including ingress controllers, load balancers, and persistent volumes.Enforce platform security through RBAC, secrets management, network policies, and secure supply-chain practices.Automate operational activities using Linux, Bash, and Python.Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ITIL processes and support root-cause analysis.Support application onboarding, capacity planning, patching, and platform upgrades.Technical SkillsKubernetes – AKS / on-premDocker / containerdHelm, GitOps & CI/CDAzure DevOps / Jenkins / GitLab CIPrometheus & GrafanaIngress controllers, load balancers & persistent volumesRBAC & secrets managementLinux, Bash & PythonRequirements4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes / container platforms in a DevOps capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.Proven experience with CI/CD, GitOps, container security, and image governance.Experience working within an SLA-driven, ITIL-aligned managed-services environment.Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, storage, and workloads.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Must currently be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate and able to work onsite.Mandatory Certification✅ CKA – Certified Kubernetes AdministratorPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft AZ-400Docker DCACKAD / CKSITIL v4 FoundationIf you have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps, we’d love to hear from you.
