Role Description The Platform Efficiency Analyst is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. This role focuses on analyzing platform performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and interpreting data, preparing performance dashboards and reports, and collaborating with content, technical, and product teams to prioritize and implement optimizations. The analyst will help define requirements for platform enhancements, support testing of new features, and contribute to documentation of processes and best practices. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to present findings, align on goals, and track the impact of implemented solutions.QualificationsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.Effective communication skills for presenting findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting recommendations.Experience with software development or close collaboration with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and implementation details.Background in solution architecture or system design to assess platform workflows and propose scalable improvements.Project management skills to prioritize tasks, coordinate initiatives, and track progress on efficiency-focused projects.Familiarity with web analytics tools, performance monitoring platforms, and basic data visualization (e.g., dashboards, reports).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced digital media setting.Experience in digital media, online platforms, or product optimization is an advantage.
