Lead the Engineering Foundations of a High-Growth Technology BusinessWe're partnered with one of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies, seeking a Foundation Team Lead to lead the engineering team responsible for the core platform that powers the business.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing architecture, writing code, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the technical direction of a modern, product-led organisation. The RoleYou'll lead a team of experienced engineers responsible for the company's core systems, including backend services, platform infrastructure, internal tooling, business-critical systems, and payment-related functionality. Working closely with Engineering Leadership, Product, and senior stakeholders, you'll help define technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and ensure engineering investment delivers meaningful business outcomes. This is not a role focused on micromanagement. The team is highly autonomous and requires a leader who can enable, mentor, and support engineers while remaining technically involved.
