Platform / Workflow Lead

Key Responsibility:Design and implement workflow stages, routing, approvals, exceptions, escalations and SLA logic.Lead shared engines and reusable components used across multiple service journeys. Guide developers on configuration standards, code quality and platform patterns. Implement dynamic forms, case views, rules, notifications and administrative configuration. Support technical demonstrations, build acceptance and defect resolution. Ensure platform changes are versioned, testable and deployable through governed environments.Required Skills:Strong workflow/case-management platform experience. Experience with configurable business rules, forms and approval processes. Technical leadership across development/configuration teams. REST/API integration awareness and secure coding practices. Experience in enterprise production environments.Preferred Skills:Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, Camunda or similar workflow technology. Government digital service experience.
