On behalf of a leading international company specialized in the development of high-tech automated solutions for the pharmaceutical and food sectors, we are looking for a PLC Programmer to join the PLC team at its Łódź site. This is a concrete and structured opportunity for a professional with a first experience in industrial automation who wants to consolidate and develop PLC programming skills on complex automated lines, in a context where technical training is a real investment. The project The selected candidate will join the PLC team and, through mentoring and training with senior engineers, will learn to develop, configure, test and maintain PLC software for industrial automation systems. The company offers a structured path towards full autonomy on projects, with an immediate start. The role After an initial period working alongside senior colleagues, you will gradually take ownership of the following activities:Development and configuration of PLC software for industrial plants and machineryCreation of control logic, function blocks and operating sequences for process automationConfiguration of PLC hardware, I/O modules, drives and field devicesSetup and verification of industrial communication networks (Ethernet, PROFINET) and of data exchange with HMI/SCADA systemsFunctional and integration testing of the software you developDrafting of technical documentationSupport for commissioning and start-up at the customer's premisesTroubleshooting of PLC and field issuesDaily collaboration with the Engineering, Automation, Service and Quality Assurance departments The ideal profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering1-3 years of experience in industrial automation, ideally in pharmaceutical packagingKnowledge of Siemens TIA Portal or similar PLC programming environmentsFamiliarity with IEC 61131-3 languages (LAD, FBD, ST/SCL)Good understanding of industrial automation fundamentalsAbility to read technical documentation and electrical diagramsIntermediate EnglishAvailability for national and international business trips The traits we look forProblem solving and analytical approachTeam spirit and flexibilityResults and customer orientationAbility to work autonomously on project activities What the client offers A position in an international company that is a reference in automation for the pharmaceutical and food marketsStructured mentoring by senior PLC engineersHands-on work on real, complex automated lines from the first monthsA clear growth path towards full autonomyA dynamic, technology-driven working environment Why apply If you have already worked with PLCs and want to move from supporting projects to owning them, this is a role where you will be trained by experienced engineers and exposed to demanding industrial applications.To learn more or to apply: s.sclarandis@nonstopconsulting.com
