PLC Programming Engineer – Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation

Job Location: Mohali, PunjabEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Projects / AutomationExperience: 2–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a PLC Programming Engineer to join our Projects & Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution using Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and modify PLC programs using Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 / RSLogix.Work on ControlLogix, CompactLogix and Micro800 PLC platforms.Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA applications.Configure and integrate EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus and other industrial communication networks.Configure and integrate VFDs, remote I/O, instrumentation and other field devices.Prepare PLC software, HMI screens, I/O lists, control philosophy and related project documentation.Perform PLC panel testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites.Understand electrical drawings, control panel wiring and instrumentation.Troubleshoot PLC hardware, communication networks, I/O and field devices.Coordinate with project, electrical and instrumentation teams for successful project execution.Provide technical support during installation, commissioning and customer handover.Travel to customer sites as required for project execution and commissioning.Required Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs.Good knowledge of Studio 5000 Logix Designer.Experience with ControlLogix / CompactLogix systems.Knowledge of FactoryTalk View ME/SE or other HMI/SCADA platforms.Good understanding of EtherNet/IP and industrial networking.Experience with PowerFlex VFDs will be an advantage.Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, online monitoring, fault diagnosis and program modification.Ability to read and understand electrical/control panel drawings.Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.Good communication and customer-handling skills.QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or related engineering discipline.2–5 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and industrial automation projects.Preferred ExperienceCandidates who have worked on Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley project execution, including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, VFD integration, panel testing and site commissioning, will be preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work on industrial automation and turnkey projects.Exposure to multiple industries and automation technologies.Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation systems.Learning and career growth opportunities.Competitive salary based on experience and technical capability.Interested candidates can share their CV with details of their PLC programming and project experience.Contact : info@autologiqtech.comMobile : +91 - 9779683302Website: www.autologiqtech.com
