This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves designing and updating course curricula, preparing training materials, and conducting classroom and lab sessions for learners at various skill levels. The trainer will demonstrate PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools, and guide learners through real-world projects and case studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training equipment, and ensuring sessions align with industry standards and best practices. The PLC Trainer will also collaborate with the institute’s team to continually improve course content and support career readiness initiatives for learners.Qualifications Strong knowledge of industrial automation, including PLC systems, SCADA, HMI, and related control technologies.Practical experience in PLC programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in real-world industrial or training environments.Ability to design structured training modules, develop instructional materials, and deliver clear, engaging classroom and lab sessions.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse learner groups.Demonstrated skills in mentoring, learner assessment, and providing performance feedback to support skill development.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering/technical field.Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor in automation or a closely related discipline is highly beneficial.Familiarity with industry standards, safety practices, and current trends in industrial automation and control systems.Proficiency with relevant software tools and programming environments used for PLC and automation training.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage training schedules, and adapt content to different learner levels.
