Apply & track with Apply EdgeOur customer, a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation, is currently looking for a:PLM SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - CONSUMER GOODSWho, reporting to the Group IT Consumer Platform Leader, will lead company’s IT stream in a multi-year, company-wide PLM Digital transformation program, launched as part of the Operational Excellence strategy, with the purpose of modernizing end-to-end PLM processes and toolsMain Responsibilities:Manage the IT Stream of the PLM program, coordinating multiple project streams and ensuring successful execution across all phases to meet timelines, budgets, and adoption of key capabilitiesDrive change management, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignments for smooth transition fueling consumer product innovationDevelop and cascade project plans, define activities and responsibilitiesMonitor progress, assess feasibility, recommend corrective actions for risks, delays and budgets overconsumptionsFacilitate technical change management for handover and smooth transition to RUN teamCollaborate with procurement during the System integration selection processMaintain communication with teams, partners, C-level stakeholder on status and decisionsPlan and consolidate monthly cost, performance and KPI reports for budget visibilityManage risks: identify, mitigate, escalateCollaborate with System Integrators IT Center od Excellence, R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Production forIT-business alignmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational food and consumer companies, managing complex digital transformation programs and at least 15 years of overall IT seniorityProven program management with strong Agile expertiseDeep knowledge of leading PLM platforms and SAP ERP integrationUnderstanding of R&D, PLM orchestration, marketing briefing, packaging processesExperience in supplier selection, contracts, vendor managementStrong risk management and mitigation strategy skillsChange management and transformational leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication for cross-functional/C-level interactionsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsPMP certification (plus)Skills in working under pressure and handling crisesFluency in Italian and EnglishLocation: South Piedmont (hybrid work)Annual salary range: EUR 140.000 - 180.000
