Responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems throughout the hotel/resort, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, and sanitary facilities while maintaining guest comfort and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment.Repair and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.Respond promptly to plumbing issues reported in guest rooms, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Inspect pipelines, water tanks, pumps, and plumbing fixtures for leaks, blockages, and damage.Carry out repairs and replacements of faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, valves, and other plumbing components.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential plumbing issues before they affect hotel operations.Maintain proper water pressure and ensure continuous water supply throughout the property.Assist with plumbing works during renovations, maintenance projects, and new installations.Maintain maintenance records and report major technical issues to the Engineering team.Follow hotel safety procedures, hygiene standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.Coordinate with other Engineering and Maintenance team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Support a high standard of guest satisfaction by ensuring all plumbing facilities remain clean, functional, and reliable.
