The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in villa plumbing systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The candidate must be capable of diagnosing plumbing issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and delivering professional service at residential and commercial properties.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems in villas and commercial properties.Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and drainage problems.Install, repair, and maintain PPR, PVC, and UPVC piping systems.Carry out water tank cleaning and disinfection in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.Service, repair, and maintain water heaters, pumps, valves, and related plumbing equipment.Inspect plumbing systems and recommend preventive maintenance or replacement where required.Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service while attending client properties.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a maintenance plumber.Strong knowledge of villa plumbing systems and residential maintenance.Hands-on experience working with PPR, PVC, and UPVC piping systems.Experience in water tank cleaning, water heater servicing, and general plumbing maintenance.Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults independently.Basic English communication skills.Well-groomed, reliable, and customer-focused.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience with a facility management or maintenance company is preferred.Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.Candidates currently in the UAE as well as applicants from overseas are welcome to apply.What We OfferAdditional salary if holding valid UAE driving license.Referral incentives for up-selling, cross selling & genuine 5 star google reviews.60 days paid annual leave once in 2 years + Company provided air ticket for holiday to home country.Company visa and medical insurance.Co-sharing company accommodation with other colleagues.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing facility management company.Professional and supportive work environment.
