The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing KLOUD water filtration systems, including pipes, fittings, and related plumbing components in residential and commercial properties. The plumber will diagnose issues, perform routine inspections, ensure systems meet safety and quality standards, and complete accurate service documentation. Daily tasks include traveling to customer locations, providing courteous customer service, explaining system usage and basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with the operations team to schedule and prioritize work. The successful candidate will help ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable water solutions for KLOUD customers.QualificationsStrong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and system optimization for water filtration solutions.Experience working with pipes and related fittings, with the ability to read and interpret basic technical diagrams.Maintenance and repair capabilities, including preventive maintenance and timely resolution of plumbing issues.Customer service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide professional on-site support.Valid driving license and safe driving record suitable for regular travel within Dubai.Previous experience in residential or commercial plumbing; experience with water filtration systems is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, handle physical tasks, and follow safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.Basic record-keeping skills and ability to use mobile apps or service tools for job tracking and reporting.
