What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are: Ideally 6 months to 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience Passionate about building a career in plumbing Reliable, energetic, and eager to learn Smart, motivated, and ready to grow Team-oriented and professional What You’ll Get $22–$25/hour while you learn Structured Path to Six Figures: A clear career progression with defined milestones Classroom Training (1 day/week): Learn the fundamentals of plumbing, safety, and code compliance Field Training (4 days/week): Work alongside experienced plumbers to gain real-world experience on job sites One-on-One Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from seasoned professionals Apprentice Card Support: We help you get your apprentice card Career Development: Build a solid foundation for a lifelong career in the trades Hands-on experience in plumbing (6 months to 1 years preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Hands-on training with experienced plumbing professionals Competitive compensation with high earning potential.
