Plumbing Supervisor

Join us and help deliver the systems behind some of the UAE’s most ambitious developments.Job PurposeDirectly oversee and supervise the daily site installation, workmanship, testing, and maintenance of all plumbing, drainage, sanitary, and water supply systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and local UAE authority standards across residential developments.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution: Supervise teams of plumbers and subcontractors in installing underground/above-ground drainage, water supply networks, booster pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures according to approved drawings.Workplace Quality & Material Control: Inspect daily piping layouts, pipe jointing, and alignment before work inspections; verify that all materials installed on-site match approved samples and specs.Pressure Testing & Inspection: Coordinate and conduct hydro-testing, pressure testing, and gravity drainage leakage tests alongside QA/QC engineers prior to backfilling or wall closure.Safety & Tool Toolboxes: Enforce strictly site safety regulations, toolbox talks, and correct PPE usage among plumbing crews to maintain zero-incident standards.Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical site teams to resolve sleeve location and pipe-routing conflicts; track daily workforce productivity and report progress to the MEP Engineer.Key RequirementsEducation: Diploma or ITI Certificate in Plumbing, Mechanical, or Civil Trade.Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Supervisor in the UAE, with a proven track record in residential high-rise or villa projects.

Technical Skills

Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical/plumbing shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and isometric layouts.Local Standards: Good working knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA water supply guidelines, and local sanitary codes.
