Department: Strategy & PMOLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryLead the company’s strategy, PMO, and corporate performance functions, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable initiatives and successfully executed across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s corporate strategy and strategic initiatives.Establish PMO governance, methodologies, and project management standards.Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and objectives.Develop and monitor corporate and departmental KPIs.Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for the CEO and leadership.Identify business risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Lead transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.Ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall company strategy.Lead and develop the Strategy & PMO team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.10–15+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, or Corporate Performance.Experience in HR services, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is preferred.PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or similar certification is an advantage.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent Arabic and English.
