PMO (CEO's Office)📍 Dubai / SharjahSalary: AED 25k - 30k plus family benefitsWe are hiring an Associate – International PMO CEO's Office for a leading international business with a growing portfolio across ~40 markets.This is a hands-on PMO, business planning and commercial analysis role supporting international growth initiatives and working closely with senior leadership across multiple functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain portfolio trackers, project plans, milestones, owners and status reporting.Coordinate international business reviews, prepare pre-reads, minutes and action trackers.Prepare monthly performance packs and executive/Board reporting.Track priority-market initiatives including distributor appointments, product registration, listings, launches and headcount deployment.Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical, Marketing and Operations.Maintain distributor performance dashboards covering volume, pricing, mix, receivables and targets.Track JV, partnership and inorganic growth pipelines.Support due diligence, data requests, data rooms and transaction/partnership milestones.Conduct market sizing, competitor analysis and commercial opportunity assessments.Build and maintain Excel-based commercial models and analysis.Develop clear, conclusion-led PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries.Proactively identify risks, delays, data gaps and implementation barriers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.2–5 years’ experience in PMO, project coordination, business planning, consulting, commercial analysis or a similar role.Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects with senior stakeholders.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong commercial, financial and analytical capabilities.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented and strong in follow-up.Comfortable working across multiple functions, cultures and time zones.Confident engaging with and following up with senior stakeholders.Proactive, hands-on and low-ego, with the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in candidates from management consulting, PMO, strategy, business planning, commercial analysis or project management backgrounds who want broad exposure to international markets, growth strategy and senior leadership.
