PMO Consultant

We’re Hiring: PMO Consultant | 6-Month ContractWe’re looking for a sharp, highly hands-on PMO Consultant to join an immediate 6-month project, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, quality of output, and the ability to think independently are critical.What you’ll be doing:Develop executive-level decks, presentations and reports for senior leadershipConduct research, financial analysis and business analysis to support decision-makingBuild and maintain project trackers, dashboards and management reportsSupport PMO activities including project planning, progress tracking and governanceAnalyse information and translate it into clear insights and recommendationsWork closely with the CEO on strategic and operational prioritiesPresent ideas confidently, challenge assumptions and contribute meaningfully to discussionsWhat we’re looking for:Around 5+ years of relevant experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis or ConsultingPrevious experience within a consulting firm or consulting-style environment is highly desirableStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills, particularly executive-level presentations and analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently with minimal handholdingDetail-oriented, structured and comfortable working with demanding senior stakeholdersProject Duration: 6 monthsStart Date: ASAP / ImmediateVisa: Must have their own freelance or Golden visa.
