PMO Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring effective project governance, planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives. The role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to monitor project progress, maintain project documentation, track risks and issues, and ensure projects are delivered in line with organizational standards and timelines.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in PMO coordination, project coordination, or project administration.Support the planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other management reports.Coordinate PMO governance activities, including project review meetings, steering committee meetings, action tracking, and documentation.Assist project managers with resource planning, budget tracking, project scheduling, and maintaining project documentation.Monitor and track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Maintain PMO repositories, templates, project records, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with PMO standards.Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and management to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycle, and governance practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Excellent analytical, organizational, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMO-CP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
