We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager to join our team and lead high-impact programs and portfolios.Note: Experience from BPO/BPS/BPM business is mandatoryKey Responsibilities✅ Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and reporting structures.✅ Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and program execution.✅ Own RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee packs, and management dashboards.✅ Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, utilization, and financial governance.✅ Lead stakeholder communications and engage with senior leadership across business and delivery functions.✅ Drive quality, compliance, audit readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.✅ Support large-scale transformation programs, portfolio governance, and strategic initiatives.What We're Looking For✔ 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Governance, or Transformation roles.
