PMO Manager | IT & Information Systems | Central IsraelJob DescriptionA leading financial organization is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead PMO activities across complex IT and Information Systems projects.This is a senior role combining PMO team leadership, project planning and control, organizational work plans, and cross-functional collaboration within a large-scale technology environment.What You'll DoLead and manage a team of PMO professionalsManage planning and control processes across complex IT and Information Systems projectsBuild, manage, and monitor organizational and IT work plansTrack project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesEstablish and maintain PMO methodologies, processes, and control mechanismsWork with project management and control tools including Jira, TFS, and MS ProjectCollaborate with technology, business, project, and management stakeholdersPrepare project status reports, analyses, and management insightsSupport budget planning, monitoring, and controlWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization, or another relevant field – required6+ years of PMO experience in complex Information Systems projects within large organizations – required4+ years of experience managing PMO teams – requiredProven experience building and managing organizational work plans, particularly within IT – requiredPrevious experience working in a financial organization – requiredExperience with project management and control tools such as Jira, TFS, and MS Project – requiredExperience in budget management and control – an advantage Central Israel | Full-time
