The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, contract administration, cost control, authority coordination, and construction planning for high-rise and building construction projects.📍 Location: UAE🕒 Job Type: Full-time🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PMO operations across multiple building construction projects
- Formalize, review, and manage construction contracts and project documentation
- Review and approve project specifications, contract terms, and technical requirements
- Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets, and cost estimates
- Identify and resolve building design and project identity gaps during planning and execution stages
- Coordinate and manage communication with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and construction schedules
- Prepare project execution plans and ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor cost-to-complete analysis, project cash flow, and financial performance
- Implement effective cost control measures and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth project execution
- Generate project progress reports and provide strategic recommendations to management🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as PMO Manager in building construction projects within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, cost control, and project planning
- Experience dealing with consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
