PMO Manager Electromechanical Project

PMO Engineer (Electromechanical Projects)Responsibilities:Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with project plans.Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards.Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.Prepare management reports and project status updates.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination within electromechanical projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.PMP certification is preferred.
