PMO Manager – Production Digitalization

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager – Production Digitalization to lead PMO governance and portfolio management for digital transformation initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing operations.The role will partner with senior leadership, manufacturing, engineering, IT/OT, project teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, MES, Automation, AI, Data Analytics, and Equipment Connectivity initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and continuously improve PMO governance, methodologies, standards, templates, and KPIs.Manage the digitalization project portfolio across multiple manufacturing sites, including prioritization, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.Lead resource and capacity planning across IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and external partners.Monitor budgets, forecasts, investments, business cases, and benefit realization.Develop executive dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs, and management presentations; proactively escalate critical risks and issues.Coach Project Managers and drive Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery practices.Drive lessons learned, continuous improvement, PM maturity, accountability, and delivery excellence.Required QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of project/portfolio management experience, including 3+ years in PMO leadership/governance.Proven experience managing complex portfolios in manufacturing/industrial environments.Experience with global digital transformation / Industry 4.0 programs.Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively with executive, business, technical, and cross-functional teams.Digital Manufacturing KnowledgeStrong understanding of one or more of: MES | Industry 4.0 | Smart Factory | Equipment Integration & Automation | Manufacturing AI & Data Analytics | Semiconductor Manufacturing | IT/OT IntegrationPreferred Certifications: PMP | PRINCE2 | IPMA C/B | PfMP | PgMP | SAFe/Scrum/AgilePMKey Success Measures: On-time delivery | Cost & budget adherence | Resource utilization | Benefit realization | Governance compliance | Stakeholder satisfaction | PM maturity improvementIf you are a strategic PMO leader passionate about digital transformation and smart manufacturing, we would like to hear from you.
