PMO Manager – Strategy & Transformation

Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company in MENA is looking for a PMO Manager – Strategy & Transformation in Sheraton, Cairo to lead PMO function and turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.This is not a project tracking role. We are looking for someone who can connect strategy, governance, resources, and execution across a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives.Job RoleTranslate corporate strategy into a prioritized and executable project portfolio.Establish and govern PMO frameworks, standards, and operating models.Lead portfolio-level resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization.Provide clear portfolio visibility through executive dashboards, reports, and board-level updates.Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and potential delivery issues before they escalate.Establish and manage stage-gate governance and portfolio review processes.Drive benefits realization and continuously evaluate portfolio value and ROI.Support change management and adoption across major transformation initiatives.Partner closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.Coach and guide senior project/program managers while influencing across functions without direct authority.What We’re Looking For8–10+ years of experience in Project, Program, Portfolio Management, or PMO leadership.Proven experience managing complex transformation programs and portfolios.Strong experience in PMO governance, portfolio management, strategic alignment, and benefits realization.Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite and executive stakeholders.Strong understanding of resource/capacity planning and portfolio prioritization.Experience with enterprise PPM tools such as MS Project Online, Planview, Clarity, or equivalent.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or P3O certification (required)
