PMO Project Manager (SAP)

Project Management Office Lead (PMO Project Manager / Lead) is required by our global client.Long term CONTRACT roleHYBRID REMOTE WORKING (2 days per week from home) The successful candidate will lead project governance and coordination of a major SAP s/4 program. You will oversee project timelines, track RAID logs, and align technical teams with business objectives to ensure successful, on-budget delivery.ResponsibilitiesProject Governance: Establish standards, methodologies, and frameworks for SAP projects across the enterprise.Tracking & Reporting: Maintain RAID logs, monitor KPIs, and generate status dashboards for leadership and steering committees.Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and review resource allocation.Cross-functional Coordination: Bridge the gap between functional teams developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.Change Management: Facilitate scope documentation, process change requests, and smooth testing or release deployment.Essential experience must includeUnderstanding of SAP s/4 HANA architecture environment and methodologies like SAP Activate.Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SAP's internal project systems.Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and clear written and verbal communicationExperience of SAP Retail Projects highly desirableStrong track record of delivery capability and longevity on previous SAP PMO assignmentsDemonstrable track record being a key contributor in successful ERP rollout programsUAE project/client experience
