Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Full-time on site)Job Type: Full-time, contractual roleJob DescriptionWe are seeking a PMO professional to oversee delivery of the retail digital journeys within a major banking transformation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The programme is bringing retail, SME and corporate channels onto a single platform and is at an early stage.Working within the independent programme management office, you will coordinate the delivery process, challenge the completeness and quality of outputs, and provide an objective view of progress. The role runs and assures the process but does not write business requirements or configure the banking platform.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the retail delivery cadence across squads and vendors, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews and retrospectives.Govern the retail backlog in Jira, ensuring work is structured, prioritised, traceable and moved through the agreed lifecycle with accurate boards and reporting.Facilitate the requirements-management process with retail business owners across onboarding, account services, transfers and payments, cards and personal finance.Assure requirements and delivery artefacts before build, identifying gaps, ambiguity, missing acceptance criteria and risks to long-term operability.Maintain the retail requirements traceability view from business intent through design, build, testing and release.Coordinate release-readiness activity, including UAT oversight, defect triage, evidence collation and gate-status reporting.Produce concise weekly reporting and decision frameworks that turn delivery detail into a clear view of progress, risks, priorities, scope trade-offs and required actions for senior stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsAround 5 to 10 years of experience in retail banking digital channels, with sufficient product knowledge to challenge product owners on onboarding, payments, cards or related services.Advanced Jira capability and confidence working within agile delivery ceremonies, whether or not you have formally held a Scrum Master title.A strong eye for ambiguity, missing detail and control gaps in requirements and delivery documentation.Working knowledge of digital banking architecture, including engagement layers, core banking, payments, fraud controls and CRM; experience with a modern platform is advantageous.Ability to turn detailed delivery information into concise, decision-focused material for Steering Committee and executive audiences, supported by strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.Candidates must be independent of the programme's current delivery parties; clear English is essential and Arabic language capability is helpful.The EssentialsAvailable to join immediately or with a notice period of no more than 30 days.Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.Candidates holding valid residency in the UAE or Saudi Arabia are preferred.
