Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole PurposeTo support the planning, tracking, and coordination of ASAS activities, ensuring full alignment with Shared Services PMO standards, frameworks, and direction.The PMO Specialist acts as the control, coordination, and reporting arm at the business level, enabling disciplined execution, visibility, and governance without directly owning operational activities.Key Responsibilities1. Execution Tracking & Planning SupportTrack the implementation of ASAS programs, initiatives, activities, and milestones.Maintain detailed schedules, plans, and progress updates aligned with Shared Services PMO frameworks.Ensure clear visibility of deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.Support business units in monitoring progress against approved plans and objectives.2. Reporting & Performance MonitoringPrepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for ASAS activities.Monitor key performance indicators related to project and initiative delivery.Highlight variances, delays, risks, and performance gaps.Consolidate updates from different departments and provide structured reports to Shared Services PMO and management.3. Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to Shared Services PMO standards, templates, processes, and reporting requirements.Track management decisions, action items, and follow-ups from committees and meetings.Maintain accurate project and initiative documentation.Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with applicable governance requirements.4. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a coordination point between ASAS departments/business units and Shared Services PMO.Support alignment of operational and strategic activities with approved plans and priorities.Facilitate structured information flow, reporting, and progress updates.Coordinate with relevant Shared Services functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other supporting functions as required.5. Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks affecting the execution of ASAS initiatives.Escalate concerns with clear data, analysis, and supporting information.Support the tracking of mitigation actions and resolution status.Maintain visibility of outstanding issues and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or similar roles.Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.Performance Focus AreasAccuracy and timeliness of reporting and tracking.Visibility and transparency of ASAS performance and initiatives.Early identification and escalation of risks and issues.Compliance with Shared Services PMO frameworks and governance standards.Effectiveness of coordination between ASAS departments and Shared Services.Quality and reliability of management reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
