Job Title: PMO Support ConsultantLocation: Dubai About the Role:Seeking an experienced PMO Support professional to join our team for a large-scale implementation project.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project governance, documentation, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage functional documents, BRDs, and functional specificationsSupport system requirement and DBA-related documentation where applicableCoordinate and support vendor selection and evaluation processesPrepare RFPs and manage activities until final vendor selectionSupport and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholdersEnsure PMO governance and project coordination for large-scale implementationsCollaborate closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project executionRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in functional consulting and PMO activitiesHands-on expertise in BRD preparation and functional documentationProven experience in RFP preparation and vendor managementSolid understanding of implementation governance and project coordinationExcellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
