PMO Team Lead

A large and leading organization is looking for a PMO Team Lead to lead the PMO team and oversee the planning, monitoring, and control of complex projects within an IT and Information Systems environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 6 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting complex Information Systems projects within large organizationsAt least 4 years of experience managing a PMO teamProven experience in building, managing, and monitoring organizational work plans, with a strong focus on ITExperience working within financial organizations, such as banks, insurance companies, credit companies, or other financial institutionsHands-on experience with project management and monitoring tools such as Jira, MS Project, and TFSExperience in budget management and control – an advantageWhat We’re Looking ForStrong ability to lead, drive, and execute processes and initiativesAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior managementAssertiveness, accountability, and strong decision-making skillsAbility to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multitasking environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong self-learning capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal and service-oriented skillsAvailability for a full-time position
