PMO Transformation Manager - 7-8 Months Contract

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and govern multiple strategic projects and transformation workstreams.Establish and manage PMO governance, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.Coordinate delivery across Finance, Technology, Tax, Compliance, and Business teams.Track project risks, issues, actions, and decisions and ensure timely resolution.Prepare executive-level project updates, dashboards, and steering committee reports.Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.Manage cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.Support initiatives related to Finance Transformation, Technology Implementation, Tax, VAT, E-Invoicing, FTA regulations, and Regulatory Programmes.Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.Maintain strong governance, documentation, and programme controls throughout the project lifecycle.Candidate RequirementsStrong experience in PMO, Program Management, or Senior Project Management.Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.Exposure to Finance Transformation, ERP, Technology Implementation, Tax, VAT, Compliance, or Regulatory Projects.Experience with E-Invoicing / GCC regulatory transformation will be a strong advantage.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Excellent understanding of governance, planning, risk management, dependency management, and execution.Ability to coordinate effectively between business and technology teams.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification will be an advantage.Key SkillsPMO | Program Management | Programme Management | Project Governance | Finance Transformation | Tax Transformation | VAT | E-Invoicing | FTA Regulations | Regulatory Transformation | ERP Implementation | Technology Transformation | Stakeholder Management | Risk Management | Portfolio Management | Project Planning | Project Controls | Steering Committee Management | Executive Reporting | Cross-Functional Leadership | Change Management | Governance
